Key re-attempted the practical exam to become a certified chef and passed.

On the 25th, a video was uploaded on the channel 'SHINee' showing Key preparing for the practical exam for the Western food chef technician. Key revealed everything from the moment he went to the test site to the moment he checked the results.

Key checked with the staff on the set to see if he passed the practical exam. Key couldn’t hide his surprise as he said, “I passed. I saw two letters.” The staff around him congratulated him and asked him what his score was. Key couldn’t hide his joy as he said, “The passing score is 60, but I got 76. My omelet score is really high. I also got full marks on both hygiene subjects.”

However, Key confessed, "The French onion soup is 25 points. But the cheese omelette is 41 out of 45 points," and asked the staff, "So (excluding the French onion soup) the rest are top-notch? What about 0.0%?" The staff praised him, saying, "Hygiene is currently at full score, so it's in the top 0%. It's first place. The omelette is also in the top 0% because Key got the highest score."

Earlier, Key revealed on MBC's 'I Live Alone' last November that he was trying to take the practical exam for a Western food chef qualification through self-study. However, after experiencing the bitter taste of failure, Key showed signs of difficulty, but showed a never-ending spirit of trying again.

It's really amazing that you passed the exam on your second try.
