Minho revealed his triathlon and the results of the challenge on his YouTube channel.

I was really surprised when I saw you preparing on I Live Alone

But that's just the preparation process, how difficult will the competition be?

He informed me that he participated in and completed the 6th Chungcheongbuk-do Governor's Cup Chungju Tangeumho Ironman Triathlon.

It's really surprising that he finished the race in 2 hours, 18 minutes, and 43 seconds, despite having enteritis right before the race.

I really want to be like Minho's passion. He's so cool.
