[All] Minho's concert agency's bullying was so upsetting!

I was really upset because of Minho's last solo concert.
The agency suddenly added an identity verification process during the ticket sales process.
Everyone was shocked because they unilaterally announced this without even consulting the fans.
Our fans worked so hard to get tickets.
I hope the agency will be more careful to prevent this from happening in the future.
