The members of the group Stray Kids each received 20 don of gold as a gift from JYP Entertainment's head producer Park Jin-young.

On the 15th, photos and videos were posted on Stray Kids' official Instagram account with the caption, "Thank you, PD."

The photos and videos released that day show Stray Kids members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N posing with their awards alongside producer Park Jin-young. The congratulatory cake also catches the eye.

They each received 20 gold coins as gifts.

Wow, how much is it per won...

This is awesome

The plaque included phrases such as 'First in Billboard history', 'Seven albums to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart', and 'In commemoration of the 7th Billboard 200 No. 1 album, 'KARMA''.

The plaque is made of pure gold. It weighs 20 don (75 grams), and is worth approximately 12.4 million won according to the Korea Exchange.

Stray Kids previously topped Billboard's main album chart, Billboard 200, with their fourth full-length album, "Karma," released last month. With this, Stray Kids became the first artist in the world to have seven consecutive albums top the chart, starting with "ODDINARY," followed by "MAXIDENT," "★★★★★, 5-STAR," "Rock-Star," "ATE," "Hop," and now "Karma." This is the first record since the chart's inception in 1956.

Meanwhile, on the 9th, Park Jin-young was surprisingly appointed as co-chairman of the Presidential Committee on Popular Culture Exchange, a ministerial-level position.

On this day, Park Jin-young expressed his feelings on his personal social media account, saying, "My dream is the same. For K-pop to be loved all over the world. I will work hard so that junior artists can have more good opportunities." He also said, "I will do my best so that K-pop can take a leap forward and become a place where people around the world can understand and interact with each other, beyond just promoting our culture."
