[SPOTV News=Reporter Jang Jin-ri] Stray Kids' Seungmin donated 100 million won to celebrate his birthday and shared hope.
On September 22nd, Seungmin celebrated his birthday by donating 100 million won to the child welfare organization Green Umbrella. Seungmin's warm heart will be used to support Green Umbrella's family care support program for children.
Seungmin said, "I hope that children who have to endure the burden of supporting their families like adults at a young age can put down their burden for a moment. I hope that my help can lighten their shoulders a little and give them the strength to dream of the future."
Seungmin has been consistently giving back to his fans through his positive influence through his donations. Last year, on his birthday, he donated 100 million won to Green Umbrella's Youth Self-Reliance Preparation Support Project. In April of this year, he and the Stray Kids members donated a total of 800 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association and World Vision, a social welfare organization, to be used for emergency relief efforts after wildfires in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.
Stray Kids will be holding their solo concert 'Stray Kids World Tour - Dominate: Celebrate' at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on October 18th and 19th. This will be their first time entering a domestic stadium in seven years since their debut, and will mark the finale of their world tour 'Dominate', which will consist of 54 concerts in 34 regions around the world.
Good influence is so cool.
