On the 12th, Pledis Entertainment, the agency of TWS, announced, "We are saddened to hear that TWS member Jihoon's father passed away yesterday evening (January 11th) after his condition rapidly worsened during his battle with illness."

Ji-hoon is currently at the funeral home. The agency stated that the funeral will be held with family and friends in accordance with the family's wishes, and requested that everyone show warm comfort and consideration so that Ji-hoon can have ample time to mourn with his family.
