I was curious and was searching around, and I found out that Chungnam National University requires you to submit your ID to take pictures during the festival.

To be exact, it says that you must submit a copy of your ID and a stage safety compliance pledge, but I don't know if you have to submit it even if you just take a video with your phone, but it seems very complicated... ㅠㅠ
