Kang Seung-yoon started off by receiving the Excellent Trainee Award and then won the Excellent Soldier Award in the Book Review and 100-day Contest.
He even achieved early promotion to corporal!
When news of the damage from the heavy rains in July last year came out, he was the first celebrity to donate 10 million won to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, fulfilling his social responsibility and demonstrating a positive influence.
His military life is in stark contrast to that of member Song Min-ho, who recently came to light, and it seems to be drawing more attention.
