[talk] Yoo Seung-ho's first play challenge ๐ŸŽซ

I heard that Yoo Seung-ho is challenging himself in his first play.

I think plays are definitely different from dramas or movies because they are performed in real time.

I understand the awkwardness of having to jump into something without knowing anything at first.

Wouldn't it be the same feeling as a new employee? Haha

I want to go see Yoo Seung-ho's play!

[News En Reporter Ha Ji-won] Actor Yoo Seung-ho shared his latest news of preparing for his first play.

Yoo Seung-ho, who recently met with 'Arena Homme Plus', shared his various feelings while preparing for the play 'Angels in America', which begins on August 6th.

I told the story.

โ€œTo tell you what I really felt, I said I would do it as if I was possessed by something.โ€ Yoo Seung-ho said about the reason he chose this play.

He answered that it was a momentary attraction rather than an intentional plan. He said, โ€œI thought I would find it with practice or time.

โ€œI still donโ€™t know the exact reason, but I think it would be great if we could find out on stage,โ€ he added.

The process of preparing for it may be the process of finding out the true nature of attraction.

Yoo Seung-ho also talked about the emotions he felt when he first encountered the play. โ€œFrom the moment I first went to the practice room, I couldnโ€™t even predict it.

There was nothing. What on earth should I do? I felt like I was left alone on a deserted island and didnโ€™t know what to do.โ€ This unfamiliar environment was a challenge for him.

Gen became the foundation for a new passion to arise. โ€œWhen theater veterans gathered together to create a work, I listened to their words.

I decided to follow it unconditionally. I thought I would find my own way and take what I could.โ€

He also mentioned the process of learning the freedom to act in a new way while practicing the play. โ€œI used my body and voice

I looked at it and thought, โ€œItโ€™s possible to write like that.โ€ When I tried something I had never thought of, I also saw it and felt something new and different.

I tried it out thinking I would try it. Sometimes I tried it really stupidly, and sometimes I tried it seriously. I tried it in various ways.

I was confident that the running process would be a good experience for me.โ€

Also, Yoo Seung-ho said that since he gained new stimulation through the play, this play is exciting for him and he said, โ€œIt is something that has been solidified so far.

I have an expectation that things I don't know will be broken through this process. And I really hope the audience will react.

"I'm so, so curious," he said.

Meanwhile, 'Angels in America' will be performed at the LG Arts Center Seoul, LG SIGNATURE Hall from August 6 to September 28.
