The prosecution requested a one-year prison sentence for Mr. Lee, the CEO of Milagro, the former agency of singer Young Tak, who was indicted on charges of violating the Music Industry Promotion Act and obstructing business by using a computer, etc., at a trial held on the 26th under Judge Park Byeong-gon of the 5th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court.
