[소통] Prosecutors Seek 1-Year Prison Sentence for Former Music Source Fraud CEO

The prosecution has requested the court to sentence Lee, the former CEO of singer Young Tak's agency who is being tried on charges of music chart manipulation, to one year in prison.

The prosecution requested a one-year prison sentence for Mr. Lee, the CEO of Milagro, the former agency of singer Young Tak, who was indicted on charges of violating the Music Industry Promotion Act and obstructing business by using a computer, etc., at a trial held on the 26th under Judge Park Byeong-gon of the 5th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Court. It also requested a two-year and six-month prison sentence for Mr. Kim, an entertainment agency official who was indicted together, and a one-year and six-month prison sentence for Ms. Yoo.
