Ricky, a member of the group ZEROBASEONE, has come out of a webtoon.

Ricky challenged himself with the makeup of a male protagonist from a webtoon in 'Isa Bae Makeup' uploaded on YouTube channel RISABAE on the 30th.

On this day, Ricky couldn’t hide his excitement, saying, “I’m interested in makeup. I really wanted to get it done.” In line with Ricky’s style, Isabae started to do the makeup of a dark yet sexy male protagonist from a mystery webtoon. Ricky, who saw himself with his eyebrows trimmed before the full makeup, said, “I think I’ll be able to impress my mother-in-law.”

As the makeup gradually progressed, including adding shades like a painting, Ricky's gorgeous visuals shone through. Director Lee repeatedly exclaimed, "In real life, he looks more like a cartoon," while Ricky added to his charm with the unexpected charm of recharging his sugar with strawberry drinks every now and then.

There was also a story about the pre-released song 'Doctor! Doctor!' from the 5th mini album released on the 20th. Ricky said, "The song is really good. It's an R&B ballad genre, and the cover image is a work by the famous Junji Ito. I've always enjoyed the deadly yet mysterious drawing technique, so it was an honor to participate in the cover image."

Lastly, Ricky said, "I think it was really good that I got to appear on the show because I got to do makeup with a concept that I think Zeros (fandom name) would like, which I don't normally do," expressing his feelings about appearing on the show filled with love for his fans.

ZEROBASEONE, which Ricky is a part of, will be releasing their 5th mini-album on February 24th and will begin their full-fledged domestic comeback activities. With just their pre-released song "Doctor! Doctor!", they not only topped domestic music charts, but also swept QQ Music, China's largest music streaming service platform, and YouTube's rapidly rising music charts, signaling a successful comeback.
