ADOR announced some changes that are important for the future of NewJeans. 

Min Hee-jin, who has been such a pivotal figure for the group, will be stepping down from her role as CEO

Min Hee-jin will continue to work closely with NewJeans as an internal director and will stay deeply involved in their production.

The company also shared that they’re making some structural changes. 

ADOR is splitting up the production and management departments to better focus on each area. T

his move is part of a broader effort to ensure that NewJeans receives the best possible support as they continue to grow and shine.

 

Kim Joo-young, an HR expert with a lot of experience across different industries, is stepping in as the new CEO. 

Her main focus will be on stabilizing and reorganizing the company, which sounds like a good move for everyone involved.
