From the lyrics to the voice and the atmosphere, everything was so warm that it felt like it was filled with Zeros' true feelings.

Especially the handwritten letters from the members at the end

I love you Zeroes. I hope this helps. When I hear these words, my heart just melts.

They're powerful on stage, but seeing them perfectly pull off R&B ballads like this makes it seem like all nine of them are truly a bundle of talent.
