This is Jin's third purchase of Hannam The Hill. In July 2019, Jin purchased 233㎡ of exclusive use area in Hannam The Hill for 4.49 billion won, and in November of the same year, he purchased 206㎡ of exclusive use area for 4.27 billion won.

Hannam The Hill is a complex built by Daewoo Construction and Kumho Industrial in 2011 on the former site of Dankook University, with 32 buildings and 600 households. It consists of 2 underground floors, 3rd to 12th floors above ground, and exclusive use areas of 57 to 240㎡. It is known that many celebrities, including Kim Tae-hee and Rain, So Ji-sub, and Han Hyo-joo, reside there.
