BTS' Jin (Kim Seok-jin) proved his hot ticket power by selling out all tickets for his first solo world tour '#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR' concert at the Osaka Kyocera Dome in Japan in just one day. BTS Jin proved his global popularity by selling out a total of 110,000 seats over two days.

Jin will be on stage at Osaka Kyocera Dome on July 12th and 13th, meeting with approximately 110,000 fans over two days. This is the first time in Asia that he will be on stage at Osaka Kyocera Dome.

This is a very unusual scale for a solo artist, and it is even more meaningful in that the dome was sold out with just the name of 'solo artist Jin', not 'the entire BTS.'

This tour will be held in 9 cities and 18 performances in total. It will start in Korea (Goyang) and then continue to Japan (Osaka), the US (Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, Newark), the UK (London), and the Netherlands (Amsterdam), covering North America and Europe until August 10. Jin will open the tour with a performance at Goyang Stadium this week on June 28-29.

This world tour was planned based on Jin's two solo albums, the EP 'Happy' (released in November 2024) and the follow-up EP 'Echo' (released in May 2025). 'Happy' got off to a successful start by ranking 3rd on the Korean Circle Chart, 2nd on the Japanese Oricon, and 51st on the Australian ARIA immediately after its release, and became an opportunity to solidify his position as a solo artist following 'The Astronaut'. 'Echo' received high expectations from fans around the world even before its release, and indeed, it achieved full-fledged global success by ranking 3rd on the Billboard 200 and 63rd on the UK Official Albums Chart. The album is receiving favorable reviews for its emotional sound based on pop rock and Jin's lyrical message.

In this tour, Jin will show a different musical identity and performance from BTS' previous activities. The sold-out Kyocera Dome in Japan is a symbolic scene that shows the fans' expectations and support for him. It is also noteworthy that despite the fierce competition for tickets, it went smoothly without any major confusion.

Fans are showing a heated response on SNS, saying, “I could never have imagined seeing Jin’s solo stage live at a dome,” and “This concert is a historic moment as it is a tour to accompany a new album.”

Meanwhile, Jin has been active outside of music, including appearing on his own YouTube variety show 'Run Seok Jin', the Netflix variety show 'Daehwajang Gianjang', and participating in the 2024 Paris Olympics torch relay. He was the first member of BTS to complete his military service and resumed solo activities upon his return, and this tour is the beginning of a new leap forward for him as an artist.
