[All] There's an article about whether BTS's V and Jungkook will reach an agreement with the fandom detention center.
While BTS's V (real name Kim Taehyung) and Jungkook (real name Jeon Jungkook) are in the process of filing a lawsuit for damages against the cyber wrecker 'De-fandom Camp', it has been revealed that the second trial court has decided to refer the case to mediation.
According to a Star News report on the 27th, the second trial court decided to refer the 90 million won damages lawsuit filed by Big Hit Music, V, and Jungkook against person A, the operator of the YouTube channel '탈덕수합장', to mediation on the 16th.
It has been four days since BTS submitted the application for a deadline on the 12th.
Referral to mediation refers to a procedure for resolving a lawsuit through mutual understanding between the parties, and involves the process of reaching an agreement through a mediation date. Given that the court has made this decision, it is interpreted that there is a possibility of an agreement between the two parties.
Earlier, in February, the 12th Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court ruled in the first trial that Mr. A must pay 51 million won to Big Hit Music, and 10 million won and 15 million won to V and Jungkook, respectively. Mr. A later appealed the ruling.
Meanwhile, Mr. A has been accused of defaming and damaging the reputation of several celebrities through the 'De-fandom camp'.

I was so angry after reading the article that I checked with a lawyer I know who is good at law.
'Referral to mediation' is simply a part of the trial process, and does not necessarily mean that an agreement will be reached. In civil litigation, the court often refers the case to mediation to tell both parties to "try to reach an agreement." In these times of so many lawsuits, it is often done as a custom.
Especially in cases like this one, where there is clear malicious slander and repeated defamation, it is not easy for fans to forgive. Not only V and Jungkook, but BTS as a whole have been suffering from malicious rumors for years, and the fanboy camp has been amplifying them and using them as a means of making money. However, the outcome has not been decided yet, and Big Hit has stated that they will continue to take strong legal action, so we will have to wait and see until the end.
I think that cyber-reckas like the detention center for those who have left the fandom should definitely be severely punished. I think that if this kind of malicious content is punished and disappears, our artists and fans will feel a little better.
