BTS, whose entire members have completed their military service, announced that they will release a new album next spring.

The seven members of BTS made a surprise announcement on the Weverse Live broadcast titled "BTS is Back" on the afternoon of the 1st. Leader RM said on the broadcast, "Starting in July, we will gather together in earnest and focus on working on music while being stuck together," and "Our group album is really scheduled to come out next spring." He continued, "We are also planning a world tour starting with the album next spring." If BTS releases a new album and holds a solo concert as a "complete group" next year, it will be their first in four years since the anthology album "Proof" and the "Yet to Come in Busan" concert in 2022.
