BTS' Suga donated 5 billion won to treat children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

On the 23rd, Severance Hospital announced, “Suga (real name Min Yoongi) will donate 5 billion won to Severance Hospital to establish the ‘Min Yoongi Treatment Center’ to help treat and socially independent children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder,” and “On that day, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Min Yoongi Treatment Center was held on the first floor of the hospital’s Jejungwan.”

The hospital explained, “Even while promoting BTS, Suga has consistently engaged in charity work and has shown a continued interest in mental health, psychological and behavioral issues, and especially depression in adolescents.” The 5 billion won is the largest donation by a celebrity since the hospital was established.
