When I was serving in the military, I worked out every day of the week without a single day off.

I don't have much time after being discharged from the military.

I changed the 3-split workout to a 2-split workout.

I heard that you are exercising regularly to stay healthy, even if it is only when you have time.

The 3-split method is a method of exercising muscle groups by dividing them into chest and triceps, back and biceps, and lower body.

Bi-parting is a method of dividing muscle groups into two parts, such as upper body or lower body.

 

The 3-split workout takes a relatively long time,

By allowing more time to be invested in one area, each muscle group can be given sufficient rest and focus, which is beneficial for muscle recovery and growth.

 

Split workouts are split into upper and lower body workouts, allowing you to target the same muscles more frequently and periodically.

It is suitable for beginners or those short on time as it can evenly stimulate the entire body in a short period of time.
