Mr. V said that he had a hard time sleeping at night after being discharged from the military.
They say they tried various methods to overcome this.
He said that taking melatonin helps you sleep better because you don't have complicated thoughts.
But I laughed without realizing it when I heard that if I re-enlist, I can fall into a deep sleep at 10 o'clock.
It hasn't been long since I was discharged, so I guess I'm still in the process of adjusting.
I guess time will cure this insomnia too, right?
