V, who appeared on the YouTube channel 'W KOREA' on the 11th, was asked if he had a regular exercise routine, and he said, "When I was serving in the military, I worked out every day of the week without a single day off, but after being discharged from the military, I don't have much time, so I try to work out consistently and stay healthy whenever I have time." He added, "I used to do a three-part workout, but now I've changed it to a two-part workout."

What about the 3-part and 2-part workouts V mentioned? Trainer Kwak Jin-ho of Yeosu Kimseonsaeng Fitness explains, "The 3-part and 2-part workouts are methods of training muscle groups separately." The 3-part workout involves dividing muscle groups into chest and triceps, back and biceps, and lower body, while the 2-part workout divides muscle groups into two parts, either upper or lower body.
