I chuckled to myself when I saw a post on the official MLB account today. As soon as Ohtani's first win of the season was mentioned, fans started talking about him as a "victory fairy." It feels like the "victory fairy" nickname has been added again, and I can't help it. He only threw the first pitch at Dodger Stadium once, but it felt like he was energizing the team atmosphere. It's a mood that only Taehyung can achieve. The phrase "victory fairy, left-handed Taehyung" was so fitting that it just kept lingering in my mouth. The video kept circulating in Korea, and the comments were so entertaining that I ended up watching it all night. His first pitch was clean, and even the "It's time for Dodger Baseball" call was perfect, so the cheers on the field seemed to say it all. I've been watching clips that have been uploaded recently, and while the first pitch itself is amazing, the expressions he makes in each moment are so captivating that I keep replaying them. Taehyung's signature calmness while still making a point was evident this time as well. I'll quietly wait for the next update.
