On August 26th (Korean time), V threw out the first pitch at the game between the LA Dodgers and the Cincinnati Reds held at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, USA. Wearing a Dodgers uniform while BTS' hit song "MIC Drop" rang out, V showed off a perfect pitch with a clean form.

As news of V's ceremonial first pitch spread, ticket reservation sites temporarily crashed due to a surge in traffic, and ticket sales surged fivefold overnight. Before the game began, fans lined up outside the stadium to catch a glimpse of V, adding to the excitement.
