A Chinese woman who attempted to break into BTS member Jungkook's home on the day he was discharged from the military has been given a suspended sentence.

On the 22nd, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office announced that it had decided to suspend the indictment of Ms. A, a Chinese woman in her 30s who was charged with attempted home invasion, on the 10th of last month.

A suspension of prosecution is one of the non-prosecution decisions, where the facts of the case are acknowledged, but the prosecutor decides not to bring the case to trial after considering the circumstances of the crime and the results.

Person A is accused of visiting Jungkook's home in Yongsan-gu, Seoul at around 11:20 PM on June 11th, the day Jungkook was discharged from the military, and pressing the front door password several times.

The prosecution stated that it took into account the fact that Mr. A's crime was an attempted crime and that he had left the country and was not at a high risk of reoffending.

Meanwhile, separately from this, a Korean woman, Ms. A, who was caught red-handed by the police after breaking into the parking lot of Jeongguk's house on August 30, was sent to the prosecution on the 14th.
