The way he carefully sharpened his knife before he even started cooking was impressive, showing his seriousness in getting everything right from the start. The detail of thinly slicing garlic and separating the leaves and heads of chives to use as scallion oil showed that he has a considerable amount of cooking knowledge.

It was nice to see him personally preparing the large king prawns and complimenting the natural colors of the ingredients, which seemed innocent and genuinely enjoyable to watch. The process of sautéing the ingredients in olive oil and mixing the sea urchin soy sauce, heavy cream, and butter to create a savory flavor felt like watching a professional chef's cooking class. I think the sense of perfection that stood out was the way he grated cheese on the completed sea urchin soy sauce cream shrimp pasta and plated it perfectly.

Seeing the look of satisfaction on their faces as they taste and exclaim, "I can sell the food I made myself," makes me feel good, too. Their culinary philosophy of wanting to create their own unique pasta is admirable, and I'm excited to see how creative the soybean paste curry pasta they mentioned as their next dish will be. While their flashy performances on stage are great, sharing their natural, comfortable daily lives cooking and eating in the kitchen is a greater gift to their fans.
