BTS became the first Korean singer to receive the Presidential Citation at the 'Republic of Korea Good Donation Awards'.
This awards ceremony was held to encourage sharing and donation activities.
BTS has been recognized for their positive impact on society through their 'Love Myself' campaign.
Through his agency, he said, “I think this award was received thanks to the campaign we created together with ARMY.”
He expressed his feelings, saying, “We will become a team that continues to bring about warm changes.”
BTS has been running a campaign with UNICEF since 2017.
We have been providing violence prevention and psychological support to children and adolescents in 155 countries.
It is said that they raised about 9.2 billion won with fans.
They are also preparing to release a new album and go on a world tour next spring.
