PSY, the iconic South Korean singer-songwriter, wrapped up his 2024 "Summer Swag" concert series with a final show on August 25.
As a fan, I was surprised when he gave a special shoutout to BTS’s Suga during the performance.
I had no idea PSY thought so highly of Suga.
As a fellow artist, it seemed like he wanted to show support for Suga, who has been under so much criticism, and I found that really touching.
Seeing PSY stand up for Suga made me emotional as a fan.
While it’s true that Suga made a mistake, he’s shown that he’s reflecting on it, so I hope the public can ease up on him now.
Right before performing "That That," the hit song produced and featured by Suga, PSY took a moment to thank him. He told the audience, “I’m so grateful to Suga for creating and singing this song with me,” which, as you can imagine, made the crowd go wild at the mention of Suga’s name.
I hope Suga stays strong, reflects fully, and comes back to his fans with an even better version of himself!
