BTS is the most-streamed K-pop artist globally this year with 3.9 billion streams

With this, BTS has become the K-pop artist with the most global streaming for seven consecutive years since 2018.

BTS also dominated the domestic charts. Jimin was selected as the most streamed singer in Korea for the second consecutive year. Jungkook (3rd) and V (5th) also ranked in the rankings, and BTS ranked 8th.

Many of the most streamed albums in Korea are occupied by solo albums by BTS members.

The most-played album was Jimin's "MUSE." Jungkook's "GOLDEN" (2nd) and "3D: The Remixes" (4th) followed, while Suga's solo album "D-DAY" released as Agust D came in at 8th.

Meanwhile, BTS holds several K-pop firsts and fastest records on Spotify: They are the only K-pop artist to surpass 41 billion cumulative streams and the first group to reach the 41 billion milestone in the platform's history.
