The Recording Industry Association of Japan announced that BTS Jin's solo album 'Happy'

It was announced on the 10th that it had received platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan.

The Recording Industry Association of Japan awards Gold (over 100,000 copies) based on the cumulative monthly sales of albums.

Certifications are awarded as Platinum (over 250,000 copies), Double Platinum (over 500,000 copies), etc.

This is Jin's first time receiving platinum certification for a solo activity.

He previously received gold certification for his solo single 'The Astronaut'.
