The Recording Industry Association of Japan awards gold disc certifications such as gold (over 100,000 copies), platinum (over 250,000 copies), and double platinum (over 500,000 copies) based on the cumulative monthly album shipments.

According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, BTS Jin's first solo album 'Happy' has been certified as a gold disc 'Platinum' with cumulative shipments exceeding 250,000 copies as of November.

It's incredibly popular not only in Korea but also globally. I'm so proud.

This solo album, Happy, is comforting every time I listen to it. It’s a song I’ve been listening to a lot these days.
