BTS' Jin garnered global popularity by topping iTunes charts worldwide on the day of its release with the OST.

Jin's 'Close to You' ranked #1 on the European iTunes Song Chart for two consecutive days on January 26th and 27th, and #2 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart for two consecutive days on the same days.

The World Music Award (WMA) reported, "JIN's new song 'Close To You' has topped the European iTunes Song Chart for two days in a row, and has topped the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart for two days in a row, reaching #1 on iTunes in 49 countries, #3 in the US, #5 in Japan, and #21 on the Global Digital Artist Rankings." "'Close To You' has the biggest unfiltered debut so far in 2025, garnering 1,250,140 unfiltered streams on Spotify with an unpromoted Korean OST and less than 15 hours of tracking, but is unavailable in many countries without the playlist.
