The HSP test is a tool to help you determine how sensitive a person you are.
Check how many of the 14 items below apply to you:
1. Reacts sensitively to stimuli such as surrounding noise, light, and smell.
2. Easily feel and are influenced by other people's emotions.
3. I get tired easily in noisy or crowded environments.
4. Try to think deeply and analyze everything.
5. I am deeply moved by art, music, and nature.
6. Feel other people's joys and sorrows as if they were your own.
7. I often feel stressed in my daily life.
8. Prefer planned situations over spontaneous ones.
9. Easily hurt by criticism.
10. Rich imagination and deep inner world.
11. Sensitive to temperature changes and physical stimulation.
12. You definitely need some time alone.
13. Try to find hidden meaning in what the other person says.
14. I get very nervous in competitive situations.
